Our spacious 3BR|2BA home is beautifully designed to maximize guests' luxury and comfort and is a perfect vacation rental all year round for friends/family groups of 6.

Our beach home is ideally located -1.5 hrs or less to FIFA WORLD CUP stadiums in NY/NJ & Philadelphia. Plus we're within walking distance of the bay & ocean beaches, incredible waterfront dining and all the shops and conveniences you want on vacation. The Beach Lodge is 3BR, 2BA, dog-friendly vacation home PERFECT for groups of 6 /larger families that want a spacious beach house within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants.
The home is well appointed with amenities like central AC, fireplace, washer/dryer, free parking, Hi-Speed WIFI, wrap around deck, outdoor patio, grill, bicycles, a retro cabana and other resort like luxuries you won't find everywhere.
Our show-stopping living room features a wood-burning fireplace, a custom handcrafted bar, a Smart TV (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ Hulu) plus local cable and plenty of comfy seating so your group can relax after a day in the ocean, biking, hiking or doing nothing!
You can cook like a pro in our fully-stocked kitchen and serve your feast in our huge dining room. It's the perfect space for celebrating a special occasion and making lasting memories.
We also have a smaller table in the cheery sun room which can double as a 'kids' table. It's a relaxing space for a cup of coffee while you enjoy birdwatching and the peaceful view. Outside, there's a lush backyard oasis with a 1950s vintage cabana, grill, big table for alfresco dining and a large comfy couch for outdoor sunbathing and post beach grillfests.

MAIN BR: The 2nd floor loft serves as the primary bedroom with a Queen bed, an office nook in case you need to check a few emails or get to that novel you've been planning, Roku Smart TV (w/Disney+, etc), 2 nightstands, an alarm clock/charging station, a garment rack and extra seating.
The primary bathroom in the loft is roomy and bright with a stand up shower and built in dresser space for your essentials.
QUEEN ROOM: The spacious and airy room on the main floor is equipped with dual night stands, a desk that doubles as a vanity, full length mirror, alarm clock/charging station and a huge closet with interior dresser.
TWIN/LOCAL ROOM: The cheerful twin room on the main floor, just off the main entrance has two beds that can easily be pushed together for couples. It also boasts a large closet, dresser and a soft buttery couch perfect for lounging with a book or for kids to relax on their phones while the adults relax in the living spaces.
The remodeled bathroom on the main floor is bright, clean and has a soaking tub with a step in shower. The laundry room joins the main floor bathroom and is equipped with a modern washer/dryer, drying rack, and linen dresser. In both powder rooms, we supply hair & beauty supplies.
Important this & thats:
-Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, security deposit and comply with house rules which we are happy to provide in advance of booking.
- Our home has many family-friendly amenities but it is NOT childproofed or handicap accessible, please monitor your children & pets at all times.
- The 2nd floor Primary Loft Bedroom is a private space but there is no door at the top of the landing to block off the staircase from the room OR to block out sound. Light sleepers would likely prefer one of the downstairs bedrooms.
-We are dog-friendly. Additional fee of $25/per night applies.
-House is only accessible via stairs both entrances.
-Wi-Fi Ring cameras pointing at main entrance/back door. Cameras record motion 24/7 and are accessible via ring app 24/7 for security purposes only. No interior cameras.
-Ideally sleeps 6 but we have a high quality air mattress to sleep up to 8 (upon approval) for an additional fee of $25/additional guest per night.
-We are close to the woods, there’s everything from chirpy birds to bugs to wildlife visitors.
- House is provided 'as is' there may be an internet or power outage, nearby construction, etc. We do not offer refunds for weather related incidents, power outages,etc. We suggest securing travel insurance to cover any cancellations/ refunds not covered by our regular cancellation policy.
